Terms of Service
♡ I can only accept PayPal, USD currency.♡ I may turn down a commission for any reason I see fit.♡ I will not accept an OC commission if the character does not belong to you, unless you've obtained explicit permission from the original creator.♡ Commission fees are to be paid in full upfront at the time of ordering. I will only begin working on your order once I receive payment. Refunds will not be accepted once the sketch is approved of.♡ Whenever possible, please provide as many references as you can! Whether it be the character, clothing, the pose, any props, etc. There is never too little! If you do not have references available, be as descriptive as possible with the details of your commission and I will try my best, but please be patient.♡ From the time of ordering your commission, please allow up to 2–3 weeks period for it to be completed. I typically work fairly quickly, but should anything arise that would hinder my progress, I will inform you as soon as possible. If I am unable to finish your commission for any reason, regardless of progress, I will issue a full refund within 24 hours of notifying you.♡ Deadlines shorter than the aforementioned turnaround time above MUST be specified during the initial ordering process. There will be a $30 fee to expedite your commission if you change your mind at any point after initial contract.♡ I will present the sketch first to make sure you are satisfied with it before the coloring process. You may suggest any changes within this phase or request cancelation and a refund. After you approve the sketch, no more changes can be made and refunds will not be accepted.♡ Final products will be delivered via email in .PNG formats. I will send both a version of the product with a solid background as well as a transparent background.♡ You may not use your commission to promote hate speech, bigotry or train generative AI.♡ You may use your commission for personal use and to promote your own content (ex. profile pictures, headers, banners, video edits, etc.) You may not use your commission for commercial purposes (ex. Reselling the image, using it for adopts, using the art for merchandise).♡ I may use your finished commission to promote my content such as my portfolio and future commission sheets.♡ By ordering a commission, I will assume you have fully read, understood, and agree to adhere to these terms of service. Breaking the ToS will result in a blacklisting from future commissions and a potential pursuit for legal action, depending on the severity.♡ If you are confused about any part of the ToS, simply ask me directly so that we may discuss it during the ordering process.

**Please note, all busts are done from the chest upwards and half bodies are done from the thigh up.♡ Extra props and accessories like books, phones, and other small handhelds will NOT cost extra. More complex additions like weapons may have additional fees depending on the complexity.♡ Extra effects like lightning, fire, etc may or may not cost extra depending on complexity and quantity.♡ Additional options for backgrounds are not available at this time. All commissions will be done with a default gray background.All prices are listed in USD
